About Us

We built Gobblers Roost in 2022.  Its our private dwellling we are renting out. Paul, I and our family take get pride in our home as we spent a whole summer building it with our own hands, sawing our own lumber for inside, and designing it. 
Our cabin is a 6 bedroom cabin with 2 full baths (1 handicap accessible), game area with bar. Large dining area and kitchen with internet and TV with Roku and Direct TV Stream.   Large entry with hooks for jackets and snow pants, plug in's for boot dryers and in floor heat. Outside is a fire pit for summer to enjoy with picnic table and benches and a large parking lot.

Price is $350 per night total max occupancy 8 people(guest, children and visitor count as total occupancy number). Plus a $350 cleaning fee. No pets (Family Member severly Alleric), no smoking cigarettes,vaping, e-cigarettes. Smoking permitted in front of home only.  Put butts in cigarette container.  No Drugs or pot on the premises.

Great place for family or friend vacations all year around.  It offers snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, shopping, and many places to explore.  We are located in Toivola, MI and Bill Nicholes trail across M26, Mosquito Bar & Grill a short distance away with great food and drinks, Boondocks Inn in Twin Lakes for great food and drinks, golfing, Tina's Catalina for breakfast & Lunch in South Range, Lake Superior just down the road where there is Misery Bay, Agate Beach, a great place to swim, look for agates, yooper rocks, fish and beautiful scenery.  Houghton MI is about 15 miles North for all you shopping needs, groceries, parts, medical, ect.
We take great pride in our home we built and hope you will enjoy your stay there too and leave it the way you found it when you arrived.
